For Valentine's Day and our Anniversary, Brandon took me to an all-inclusive resort in Mexico. This year we went to Tulum which is about an hour and a half drive south of Cancun. The weather was PERFECT....90 degrees and sunny! The resort was great! A little more crowded than last year when there was the swine flu epidemic scaring everyone away. We really didn't do much. We pretty much sat on the beach and read books and soaked up the sun! It was SOOO RELAXING!! One day we went to the Mayan ruins of Tulum. We walked around the ruins and then went swimming at the gorgeous Tulum Beach which had warm crystal clear waters.This is Tulum Beach...

The only down part of the trip was coming home to 50 degree weather and rain! Thanks for the wonderful trip Brandon!! I loved spending the entire week with you!

Fun, fun, fun!!! It looks like a nice place. It must have been great to get away and relax.
Jealous!! I put some sunscreen on Wyatt the other day and it made me miss the beach SOOOO bad, but this makes me miss it even more. Those ruins look cool. Let's plan a Mexico trip in 2014 ;)

I'm glad you had a great trip. It looks so relaxing! We just returned from a trip to the beach (gulf coast), but it was definitely not as beautiful as your beach.=)

That looks like an amazing trip! It looks like your resort was really nice. Dave and I went down to Playa Del Carmen a couple of years ago, and got to see the Tulum ruins, but I had no clue there was a resort down there. Glad you had such a fun time!
